Frozen Fruit Salad

  1. Mix flour, sugar and salt in double boiler.
  2. Add pineapple juice and cook 3 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. Cream cheese with 2 tablespoons cream.
  5. Add lemon juice, pineapple, oranges, marshmallows, cherries, nuts and mayonnaise to cooled mixture.
  6. Whip 1 cup cream.
  7. Fold into mixture.
  8. Pour into freezing tray.
  9. Freeze until firm. Cut into wedges.
  10. Serve on lettuce leaves.
