Beef Flour Enchiladas

  1. Cook ground beef well.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix into cooked beef, onion, lettuce, carrots, potatoes and chopped olives.
  4. Add 1 cup of shredded cheese and garlic powder.
  5. In separate bowl, blend cumin, oregano, water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6. Add can of enchilada sauce. Heat the sauce in pan.
  7. Dip tortillas into saucepan, one by one. Add beef to dipped tortillas and start rolling them.
  8. Place on tray and garnish with shredded cheese and sliced olives.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
