Shrimp Linguine

  1. In large skillet, combine shrimp, wine, lemon juice and lime juice.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except linguine.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, just until snow peas are tender and shrimp is opaque, about 5 minutes.
  5. Prepare linguine as package directs.
  6. Remove bay leaf from shrimp mixture.
  7. Combine shrimp mixture and hot cooked linguine; toss to coat.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
