Company Spinach Salad
- 4 to 5 bunches fresh spinach
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut in halves
- 1 cucumber, sliced (skin on or off, your choice)
- 2 ripe tomatoes, quartered
- 4 pitted ripe olives (per person being served)
- 4 pimento-stuffed Spanish olives (per person being served)
- 8 strips bacon, fried and broken into smaller pieces
- alfalfa sprouts
- 1 small bag radishes, plain or sliced across the top to form rosettes
- salad dressing (French, Italian, Vinaigrette, Blue cheese)
- 2 bunches fresh spinach
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges (Dwayne prefers home-grown tomatoes)
- 1 bunch green onions
- 4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled to pieces
- 1 green pepper, de-seeded and cut into strips
- salt and pepper to taste
- red wine vinegar (or dressing of your choice)
- Wash spinach well.
- Cut out the stalks.
- Tear the spinach into small pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine the spinach, tomatoes, chopped onions, and green pepper strips.
- Pour on dressing.
- Serve.
