Fudgy Bonbons
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 60 Hershey's Kisses
- 2 oz. vanilla almond bark
- 1 tsp. shortening or oil
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts (if desired)
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- In medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips and butter.
- Melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and mix well.
- In a medium bowl, combine chocolate mixture, vanilla and flour.
- Add nuts and mix well. Mixture will
- be very thick.
- Use a measuring spoon and shape 1 tablespoon around each candy kiss.
- Place 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 6 or 7 minutes.
- Do not overbake. Cool and drizzle melted almond bark over top.
