Sunday Dinner Pot Roast

  1. Place meat in 4 quart baking pan and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  2. Combine beef broth with basil, oregano and thyme and add to pan.
  3. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
  4. Uncover meat and scatter potatoes, carrots and onion around roast.
  5. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours more or until meat is tender.
  6. Remove meat from pan and slice.
  7. Arrange on serving dish and surround with vegetables.
  8. If desired, thicken pan juices with flour.
