Rice Seafood Casserole

  1. Cook rice, then saute it in 4 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add celery, green pepper and onion.
  3. Prepare white sauce with remaining butter, flour and milk; cook and when cool, add mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix the shrimp, crabmeat and tuna into the white sauce.
