California Hot Chicken Salad

  1. Toss with fork the chicken, celery, almonds, pimento and mayonnaise blended with lemon juice, grated onion and seasonings. Fill a shallow greased casserole or individual ramekins.
  2. Mix grated cheese and potato chips. Sprinkle over salad mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 375u0b0 for about 30 minutes.
  3. If using a casserole, it should be heated through and lightly browned.
