Million Dollar Fudge

  1. Butter an 8-inch square pan.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Into a 2-quart heavy saucepan, place sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk.
  4. Stirring constantly, cook over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
  5. Boil 5 minutes stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and marshmallow creme; stir vigorously and speedily until chocolate is melted and mixture is uniform in color.
  7. At once, stir in the nuts and pour into desired size squares.
  8. Store in airtight container.
