Eggnog Christmas Salad

  1. Softentelatin
  2. in
  3. undrained pineapple and lime juice for 5 minutes.
  4. Cook
  5. and stir over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved.tool

  8. Stir
  9. intggnog; chill until partially

  11. Fold in celery.
  12. Turn into a 12 x 7 1/2
  13. x 2-inch pan; chill until almost firm.
  14. Heat cranberry juice until boiling.
  15. Stir in raspberry jello until dissolved; chill until partially
  16. set.
  17. Fold in relish.
  18. Carefully spoon on
  19. toptf eggnog
  20. mixture.
  21. Chill
  22. until
  23. firm.
  24. Cuttnto squares.
  25. Serve ontettuce
  26. leaf; garnish with roasted cranberries.
