Spicy Cajun Shrimp

  1. Clean and devein shrimp
  2. under cold water.
  3. Drain well and set aside.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the seasonings.
  5. Combine margarine/butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings (cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, red pepper, thyme, basil and oregano).
  6. Mix in a large skillet over high heat. When the margarine/butter is melted, add the tomatoes, then the shrimp. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring evenly.
  7. Add the beer and cover; cook for 1 minute longer.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Serve over rice accompanied with crusty French bread and a fresh garden salad. Serves 3 to 4.
