Tomato Sauce Jambalaya

  1. Fry sausage and cubed meat until slightly brown in a large heavy saucepan.
  2. Add onion, peppers and garlic.
  3. Brown slightly. Add water, tomato sauce, chicken broth, seasoning, bouillon and meat.
  4. Simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes.
  5. Add rice and cook, covered, on low heat until rice is done.
  6. (Too much stirring will make sticky.)
