Creamy Tuna Casserole
- 4 to 5 c. hot cooked noodles
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans tuna, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 (2 oz.) can sliced pimentos, drained
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- chopped fresh parsley
- Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, pimentos, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper in 2-quart container.
- Cover loosely and microwave on Medium (50%) for 10 minutes; stir.
- Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine.
- Sprinkle evenly over tuna mixture.
- Microwave uncovered 4 to 7 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly.
- Sprinkle with parsley.
