Acini De Pepe Fruit Salad

  1. Mix together the first 6 ingredients, cook and make custard. Cool.
  2. Cook the acini de pepe in the water, oil and salt.
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. Mix with custard and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients to custard mixture.
  6. Fruit is optional.
  7. Can substitute other fruits. Freezes well.
