Smokin' Barbecue Meatloaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 375u0b0 and spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Put the mixture in the loaf pan and smooth it into a loaf shape.
  4. Bake the meatloaf for 1 hour (or up to 70 minutes), or until it is cooked through (a thermometer should read 165u0b0 for chicken or turkey, 160u0b0 for beef.
  5. Let it sit for 10 minutes if time allows, then cut it into slices and serve.
  6. The meatloaf can also be refrigerated for up to 2 days and serve warm or cold in sandwiches.
