Eye Of The Round Roast With Vegetables

  1. Rub Gravy Master into all sides of roast.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder over complete surface of roast.
  3. Place cut up vegetables into 7 x 11-inch pan.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
  5. Place meat in center of pan, fat side up.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Insert a meat thermometer through the foil into thickest part of the roast. With cooking fork, pierce the foil 3 to 4 times.
  8. Roast at 400u0b0 until desired doneness is reached.
  9. Rare will take about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
