Spinach Lasagna
- 1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 pkg. (10 oz.) spinach or fresh spinach
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce (15 oz.)
- 1 (6 oz.) container cottage cheese
- 1 egg white
- 6 oz. cheese, sliced (Mozzarella)
- Parmesan cheese
- Prepare lasagna according to directions and drain.
- Prepare spinach according to directions; drain.
- Place enough spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan to cover.
- Arrange one layer of lasagna in parallel strips on top of sauce.
- Top lasagna with cooked spinach.
- Arrange second layer of lasagna in parallel strips and top with a layer of sauce.
- Next add cottage cheese mixed with egg white, then layer slices of Mozzarella cheese on top of cottage cheese mixture.
- Add layer of lasagna and top with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven 30 minutes.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
