Cheese Balls
- 2 sticks butter, frozen
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 1 stick coon brand cheese
- dash of paprika
- dash of salt
- Grate the cheese in food processor.
- Grate the frozen butter in the food processor. Take out the grating blade and put in knife blade.
- Add 2 cups of flour to the butter.
- Beat a few minutes. Add 1/3 of the cheese and beat again.
- Add 1/3 more cheese and beat again, then add remainder of cheese, paprika and salt.
- Beat all together until it gets to the ball stage.
- Take out of machine and let sit on the counter for about 1/2 hour to soften. Add Rice Krispies and toss. Form into small balls.
- Put them on a cookie sheet.
- Freeze for about 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and put into individual freezer bags.
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0 and reheat frozen balls for about 15 minutes.
