Sweet & Sour Meatballs Ii

  1. Prepare basic meatballs and cook.
  2. Mix cornstarch and sugar in large skillet.
  3. Stir in pineapple with syrup, soy sauce and vinegar.
  4. Stirring constantly, cook until mixture thickens and boils.
  5. Add cooked meatballs; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in green pepper; cover and simmer until green pepper is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
