Beef Broccoli Pie

  1. Brown meat and onions; drain fat.
  2. Stir into meat flour, salt and garlic salt.
  3. Add milk and cream cheese.
  4. Cook, stirring until smooth and thick.
  5. Add egg; stir.
  6. Continue cooking on medum-high until thick.
  7. Stir in cooked broccoli.
  8. Roll 1 package crescent roll dough into a rectangle on flour board.
  9. Line pie plate or rectangular 8 x 8-inch pan.
  10. Spoon in meat mixture; cover with layer of Monterey Jack cheese slices.
  11. Roll out second package crescent rolls for top.
  12. Cover pan with dough; cut slits into top. Brush with milk.
  13. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  14. If top browns too fast, cover with foil last 20 minutes.
  15. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
