Blueberry Quick Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. With pastry blender or 2 knives used scissor fashion, cut in margarine or butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  4. Stir in chopped walnuts.
  5. In small bowl beat eggs slightly; beat in milk and vanilla until well mixed.
  6. Stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened.
  7. Gently stir in blueberries; spoon batter evenly into Bundt pan.
