Breakfast Burritos

  1. Brown

  4. large skillet. Add the onion and pepper.
  5. Cook
  6. until tender.
  7. Drain off grease.
  8. Add potatoes; cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
  9. Add eggs; stir. Cook until
  10. eggs

  12. set.
  13. Brown
  14. tortillas
  15. in
  16. hot oil.
  17. Divide filling
  18. mixture
  19. between
  20. 12 tortillas, placing picante sauce down
  21. the
  22. center.tprinkle with cheese (sour cream on side). Burritos can be made in advance, refrigerated or frozen.
  23. Heat in microwave.
