Homestyle Noodles With Cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen, fat-free, homestyle noodles
- 1 c. Alpine Lace Free & Lean, fat-free cheese, shredded
- 1 c. chicken broth (use canned and remove fat from top)
- 1/2 tsp. dry onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. celery flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. Molly McButter
- black pepper to taste
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- In medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, onion flakes, celery flakes, salt, garlic, parsley flakes, Molly McButter and black pepper; simmer and cook over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add cheese to broth and stir and simmer until cheese is melted.
- Pour over prepared and drained noodles and serve.
- Entire recipe makes 6 servings.
