Company Casserole No. 2000

  1. Brown the meats until crumbly (remove casing from Italian sausage).
  2. Add the salt, pepper and spaghetti sauce.
  3. Mix tomato sauce and tomato paste and combine thoroughly.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
  5. Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the package; drain and combine with cooked sauce.
  6. Spread 1/2 the meat mixture over the bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole.
  7. Top with 1/2 drained spinach.
  8. Dot evenly with 1/2 the sour cream mixed with grated sharp Cheddar cheese.
  9. Spread to make an even layer.
  10. Sprinkle with 1/2 Parmesan cheese.
  11. Repeat layers, ending with Parmesan cheese.
