Chocolate Upside-Down Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Melt butter or margarine in a 13x9 pan.
  3. Add water and sprinkle brown sugar evenly over pan.
  4. Arrange coconut and nuts in sugar.
  5. Mix cake as directed on package and pour batter over mixture in pan.
  6. Bake at 350F 45-50 minutes til toothpick comes clean.
  7. let stand in pan 5 minutes for topping to set.
  8. Turn upside down on a large platter or cookie sheet with sides.
  9. Serve topped with whipping cream if desired.
