Golden Harvest Muffins I

  1. Combine all dry ingredients, fruits, nuts, raisins, and carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together oil, milk, vanilla and eggs.
  3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients just until the dry are moistened.
  4. Do not over mix.
  5. Fill well greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0F for 20 to 25 minutes.
