Tex-Mex Tater Tot Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef and onions.
  2. Add seasonings, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add corn and then simmer an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Spread tater tots evenly over cheese.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes, or until tater tots are golden brown.
