Baked Lasagna - Mama - Mia
- Water for boiling
- salt
- olive oil
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- lasagna sauce
- lasagna filling
- 1 c. coarsely grated romano/parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- In hot water add salt and olive oil and bring to a rolling boil in large pan.
- Add lasagna noodles, cook till just tender, it will absorb moisture later.
- Drain noodles and run cold water over them until cold.
- In greased 9 x 13 x 2 pan cover the bottom of the pan with some of the lasagna filling which you mixed prior and then a thin layer of sauce.
- Sprinkle with part of the grated romano/parmesan cheese; then a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, finishing off with noodles on top.
- Pour more sauce over the top and sprinkle with parmesan/romano cheese and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 375u0b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
