Vegetable Scallop

  1. Melt butter or margarine in saucepan; remove from heat; blend in flour, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce - stir in milk.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and boils one minute.
  3. Add peas, beans and onions - turn into buttered 8 cup baking dish.
  4. Make a rim of bread crumbs around edge of dish; sprinkle cheese over.
  5. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 min., or until top is bubbly.
