Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Boil chicken breasts until done; also season chicken while cooking with Lawry's seasoning salt, garlic salt and black pepper. After chicken is cooked, let cool and debone and chop chicken into fine pieces.
  2. Heat cream of chicken and add green chiles.
  3. Add small amount of water, approximately 1/2 can (small can).
  4. Place chicken on tortilla close to edge; spoon chicken and chili sauce onto chicken and roll.
  5. Place on cookie sheet.
  6. After all are placed on pan, spread remaining sauce on top of tortillas and sprinkle mixture of cheeses on top.
  7. Place in 350u0b0 oven for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
