Oven French Toast

  1. Put butter, sugar and corn syrup in saucepan and bring to boil, stirring until syrupy.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with Pam.
  3. Pour syrupy mixture on cookie sheet and cover bottom.
  4. Layer bread 2 high across pan.
  5. Combine rest of ingredients and mix well.
  6. Pour over bread, making sure all bread is covered.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
  9. Check after 30 minutes.
  10. When removing from pan, flip bread from bottom to top. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  11. Serves 12 to 14 people.
