Cranberry Wreath Salad
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 (11 oz.) can (1 c.) cranberry relish
- dash of salt
- 1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or dressing
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
- Mold strawberry jello and relish.
- Chill until firm.
- Second mold:
- Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water.
- Add marshmallows; stir until melted.
- Add pineapple syrup.
- Chill until syrupy. Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and salt.
- Add to marshmallow mixture.
- Stir in drained pineapple.
- Chill until almost soft set. Fold in cream; pour over first layer.
- Chill until firm.
