Fajitas

  1. Marinate
  2. meat, using the garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, orange juice,
  3. vinegar
  4. and
  5. hot
  6. sauce
  7. for 15 minutes.
  8. In a Dutch oven,
  9. saute
  10. onion, bell pepper and meat for 5 minutes; set aside.
  11. Place
  12. some
  13. olive
  14. oil
  15. (or oil) in a skillet and heat. Quickly
  16. cook
  17. tortilla and form into a taco.
  18. Place on paper towels
  19. to drain.
  20. Don't overcook and make it too crisp. Ladle meat into shells and garnish with cheese and lettuce.
