Creamy Orange Fluff

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in oranges, pineapple and orange juice concentrate.
  3. Coat a 13x9x2 inch dish with nonstick cooking spray; add gelatin mixture.
  4. Refrigerate until firm.
  5. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light.
  6. Gradually add milk and then pudding mix; beat until smooth.
  7. Spread cream cheese mix over orange layer.
  8. Chill until firm.
