Lasagna

  1. Saute
  2. onion and garlic in oil until
  3. tender.
  4. Add
  5. beef and sausage.
  6. Stir in sauce and paste, water,
  7. salt, pepper and oregano.
  8. Cover and simmer for half an hour, stirring occasionally.
  9. Mix Ricotta cheese and eggs in a bowl.
  10. Cover bottom of lasagna pan with cooked noodles.top
  11. with
  12. 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 of Ricotta mixture and
  13. 1/2
  14. oftozzarella slices. Repeat layers and spoon remaining meat
  15. sauce
  16. on
  17. top.
  18. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  19. Bake in
  20. 350u0b0
  21. oven
  22. for
  23. 30 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes before slicing.
