Boyd'S Chicken Special

  1. In large mixing bowl, add chicken, cooking sherry, celery, carrots, onion, bell pepper and garlic.
  2. Mix together and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. One hour before cooking, take the bowl out of the refrigerator and add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Let sit for 30 minutes and put in a large, deep baking dish or pan.
  5. Bake in 400u0b0 oven until chicken is tender. Serve with rice or pasta.
