Veal Parmesan

  1. Pound cutlets; set aside.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; set aside.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, flour and grated cheese; set aside.
  4. Heat in a skillet 1/2 cup olive oil.
  5. Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then into crumb mixture.
  6. Add cutlets to skillet and slowly brown on both sides.
  7. Arrange cutlets in a baking dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over cutlets, then top with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with oregano.
  8. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  9. Serves 6. Serve over spaghetti.
