Biscuit-Topped Steak Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0F and spray or grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Combine beef, frozen vegetables and potato in prepared dish.
  3. Stir in gravy, thyme and pepper.
  4. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes and remove from oven.
  5. Increase temperature to 400u0b0F and top the casserole with biscuits.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes more or until golden brown.
