Lasagna For Two

  1. Saute beef and garlic in oil in a 10-inch skillet until meat is browned.
  2. Drain off drippings.
  3. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano.
  4. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  6. Layer half of noodles, Mozzarella, Ricotta, meat sauce and Parmesan cheese in a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole. Repeat layers.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  8. Yield:
  9. 2 servings.
