Easy Turkey Vegetable Chili

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add pepper, onion, celery, carrot and garlic and saute over medium high heat until soft but not brown.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot in soup bowls. Garnish with chips and sour cream. Enjoy!
