Tex-Mex Dip

  1. Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning in another bowl.
  4. On a large platter, layer as follows:
  5. bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Serve with Doritos or nacho chips.
