Tex-Mex Dip
- 3 medium avocados (ripe)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 (10 oz.) cans jalapeno bean dip
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, cored, seeded and chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can black pitted olives, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Peel, pit and mash avocados in medium bowl.
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning in another bowl.
- On a large platter, layer as follows:
- bean dip, avocado mix, sour cream mix, onions, olives, tomatoes and cheese. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with Doritos or nacho chips.
