Creamy Ham And Noodle Dinner

  1. In a small bowl combine flour and a small amount of milk until smooth. Add remaining milk, dill and mustard; set aside. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add carrots and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally until crisp tender. Stir in reserved milk mixture; bring to a boil, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in ham, noodles and peas. Cook and stir until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
