Lasagne

  1. Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
  2. Add next seven ingredients to meat.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, until thick (45 to 60 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  4. Cook lasagne wide noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
  5. Drain and rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
