Cinnamon Rolls Or Dinner Rolls

  1. In
  2. pan,
  3. bring milk just to boiling. Remove from heat. Add Crisco,
  4. sugar and salt.
  5. Let cool to lukewarm.
  6. Add yeast to
  7. 1/2 cup
  8. lukewarm
  9. water and dissolve.
  10. Slowly stir flour into Crisco,
  11. milk
  12. and sugar mixture.
  13. Beat well with spoon. Stir
  14. in yeast mixture.
  15. Mix well.
  16. Knead this mixture.
  17. Place in greased bowl.
  18. Let
  19. rise
  20. 1
  21. 1/2
  22. hours or until double in size.
  23. Punch down.
  24. Shape into rolls or roll out in rectangle and
  25. spread
  26. with melted margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar, nuts
  27. or raisins.
  28. Roll
  29. up and slice.
  30. Place in pans. Let rise until double in size, about 45 minutes.
  31. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
