Ham, Sausage And Bacon Bean Soup
- 3 (28 oz.) cans pork and beans (fewer, if desired)
- 1 (21 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (21 oz.) can Great Northern beans
- 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 1/2 c. catsup or to taste
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- chili powder to taste
- 1 lb. bacon, fried and broken
- 1 lb. hamburger, fried
- 1 lb. link sausage, sliced to bite size pieces after frying
- 2 c. chopped ham, fried
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put in slow cooker and cook on low heat overnight or bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 45 minutes.
- Serves 30 people. Good to freeze.
