No-Bake Cheesecake Squares
- 1/3 c. margarine or butter
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1/3 c. ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. cranberry-orange relish, chilled
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 to 2 tsp. grated orange rind
- In saucepan melt margarine; stir in crumbs and sugar.
- Press firmly on bottom of 8 or 9-inch square pan.
- Chill.
- In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
- Mix in sweetened condensed milk. Stir in ReaLemon and vanilla.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Chill 4 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares.
- Mix together relish, walnuts and rind.
- Spread over squares.
- Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
