Fresh Apple Cake

  1. Prepare apples.
  2. Cover and set aside.
  3. Measure oil and pour into large mixing bowl.
  4. Add sugar and eggs; mix well.
  5. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture in small amounts, beating after each addition.
  6. When batter becomes stiff, finish mixing by hand.
  7. Fold in nuts and apples.
  8. Spread evenly in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or Bundt pan, if preferred. Bake about 1 hour at 350u0b0.
  9. Remove from oven and set aside.
