Nadia'S Indian Restaurant Salad

  1. Combine oil, vinegar and sugar in a microwavable bowl and heat at 50% power until the sugar has dissolved. Whisk in the salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the dressing over the prepared fruit and vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  3. Mix well just prior to serving. Remove salad with slotted spoon and serve drizzled with marinade.
