No Knead Bread

  1. Place first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and let cool to lukewarm.
  2. Beat egg slightly and stir in.
  3. Sprinkle yeast into 1/4 cup warm water and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add to egg mixture.
  5. Sift flour, measure and lightly stir in dry milk.
  6. Add 1/3 of dry ingredients into yeast mixture at one at a time and beat after each addition until smooth.
  7. Cover with moist cloth and let rise to almost double.
  8. Punch down and place in greased 9 x 5 loaf bread pan.
  9. Let rise slightly and bake in a 375u0b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until golden.
  10. Take out of pan immediately to cool. Makes 1 loaf.
