Sweet And Sour Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes in their jackets.
  2. When tender, peel and slice. Add olives, celery, hard-cooked eggs, onion, pickle and parsley. Fry bacon until crisp and brown.
  3. Beat eggs; add sugar, spices and diluted vinegar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Pour egg mixture into hot bacon fat; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  6. Pour over potato mixture and mix lightly.
  7. Serve hot.
  8. Makes 6 servings.
